Autumn L. Moore is an experienced litigator and counselor at Clark Hill LLP. She focuses her practice on resolving labor and employment matters for employers in state and federal courts, arbitration and government agency hearings regarding wrongful termination, FEHA-related harassment and discrimination, whistleblower actions, PAGA representative actions, retaliation, wage and hour, and failure to provide leave actions. Autumn also advises and counsels employers on a broad spectrum of issues pertaining to the employment relationship, including personnel management, employee discipline and termination, personnel policies and practices suitable to the size and culture of an organization, as well as leave of absence issues. Autumn has also performed workplace investigations dealing with complex employment issues. In her spare time, Autumn enjoys being a part of the Jackie Robinson Foundation.
