Celene Chan Andrews is a partner at LippSmith LLP. She has dedicated her entire practice to representing plaintiffs and consumers. Celene appreciates the connections she makes and builds with clients, class members, and colleagues. All of these people inspire her to give her all.

With over $160 million in settlements, Celene is admitted to practice in California and Hawaii. She litigates class actions, mass torts, construction defect, and personal injury cases. Celene graduated cum laude from UCLA and received her J.D. from UC Hastings. She clerked for Hon. Alan S. Gold (U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida) and externed for Hon. David A. Ezra (U.S. District Court, District of Hawaii).

Celene values giving back to her community with the same passion she brings to representing her clients. She was awarded Volunteer of the Year, Legal Eagles Pro Bono Clinic (2013-14). She serves as President-Elect of the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association (SCCLA), Co-Chair of the Brown Bag Lunch Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s (LACBA) Litigation Section Executive Committee, and Chair of the Mass Torts and Class Actions Committee of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA).
