Christine Page

Christine A. Page is a mediator and arbitrator at Page Dispute Resolution.  A former partner of Gilchrist & Rutter, she has thirty years of litigation experience and twenty-two years of mediation experience specializing in employment, real estate, and FINRA-related matters.   Her prior legal experience includes advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws; defending employers against claims of wage and hour violations, discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination; prosecuting and defending claims of misappropriation of trade secrets and related unfair competition matters;  representing financial advisors and broker-dealers on employment and regulatory matters before FINRA, and representing commercial landlords and tenants and homeowners in real estate litigation.  Christine serves as a neutral on various panels, including the American Arbitration Association, FINRA Dispute Resolution, U.S. District Court, and California Association of Realtors. She also serves part-time as a mediator for the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing’s Dispute Resolution Division.
