Elaine Chang

Elaine Chang is Employment & Litigation Counsel for National Veterinary Associates (NVA). Prior to joining NVA, Elaine was an associate at a law firm, focusing on employment law litigation and counseling. Elaine’s practice included representing and advising employers on a broad range of employment law matters, including individual and class action wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation claims, and employment law policies.

Prior to specializing in employment law, Elaine practiced securities class action litigation. Elaine also externed for the Honorable Gary A. Feess in the Central District of California and completed a fellowship with the American Board of Trial Advocates. Prior to law school, Elaine worked at Ernst & Young LLP and a boutique investment management firm in New York. Elaine graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Economics. Elaine received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where she served as Executive Articles and Notes Editor of the UCLA Journal of Law and Technology and Managing Editor of the Asian Pacific American Law Journal.
