Elizabeth Bock

Elizabeth Bock is a partner in the Los Angeles office of O’Melveny & Myers, where she represents health insurers on matters involving state and federal false claims laws, anti-kickback laws, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, and laws regulating managed care organizations. Elizabeth has extensive experience counseling clients on matters related to Medicare Advantage and risk adjustment.
Elizabeth earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude, where she was a Dean’s Scholar and served as an executive board editor of the Michigan Law Review. Elizabeth earned her B.A. in political science and art history from Vassar College, with honors.
