Erin Burke

Erin L. Burke is a partner at Jones Day, having joined the Firm in 1996 after obtaining her JD from UC Davis. She is the Administrative Partner of Jones Day’s Los Angeles office.
Erin has substantial experience litigating and trying cases in a broad range of complex matters, with an emphasis on toxic/mass torts and product liability. She has represented multinational companies including Pilatus Aircraft, BSH Home Appliances, Chevron, Dole, Textron, and Yamaha in individual and class action litigation involving aviation, consumer goods, microelectronics and semiconductors, off-road vehicles, industrial safety equipment, pesticides, roofing products, and truck/automotive parts. Erin’s broad experience in complex litigation matters includes unfair competition, contract disputes, business torts, and bankruptcy litigation.
In addition to serving on the Board of Governors for WLALA, Erin is also on the Advisory Board for the Institute for Corporate Counsel, and the Board of Trustees for Olive Crest, Los Angeles.
