Faye Barnouw
Law Student Mentoring
Faye Chen Barnouw is the Assistant Director for Federal Trade Commission’s Western Region Los Angeles office. Her past experience includes serving as lead counsel on numerous consumer protection cases for the FTC and Commodity Futures Trading Commission, working in bankruptcy law and commercial litigation, and clerking for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is a graduate of Harvard University and UC Berkeley School of Law.
