Laure Kohn

2018 Inner City Law Center Fellow

Before attending law school, Laure spent five years as an English teacher in Title I schools in Washington, DC. Believing that literacy is a critical tool for empowerment, Laure then worked as a teacher’s coach, partnering with school districts across the country to improve their reading and writing programs. Laure is now a 2L at UCLA School of Law where she remains committed to women’s and children’s issues. She is a Staff Editor on the Women’s Law Journal and will continue to use her teaching skills as a Legal Research and Writing Advisor in 2018-19.
