Reg Levy is Vice President of Compliance and Policy for Minds + Machines, a vertically-integrated registry services operator and ICANN-accredited registrar. In that position, she consults to new generic top-level domain registry customers of Minds + Machines, including MMX, the third-largest portfolio applicant. Reg is active regarding policy issues at the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), the governing body of the Internet, including participation in the Registry Stakeholders’ Group and New gTLD Applicant’s Group.
Reg has worked in the legal field in Germany and in the corporate law department of a Fortune 500 company. She is admitted to practice law in California and is active in her local bar associations. In addition to WLALA, she is Vice Chair of the ABA’s Information Technology Legislation Committee and is currently serving on the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Diversity in the Profession Committee.
Reg received her law degree from Pepperdine; holds degrees in History and German Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles, where she graduated with honors; and received a Zertifikat Deutsch from the Goethe Institute.
