Roxana Guidero

Young Lawyers

Roxana Guidero is an Associate at Wilkinson Walsh + Eskovitz LLP, which was named the “Boutique Firm of the Year” and praised by Benchmark Litigation as a “litigator’s dream shop.” As a premier trial firm, Wilkinson Walsh handles all aspects of trial strategy and preparation. Roxana’s practice includes federal and state matters, with a focus on criminal white-collar cases, environmental and energy litigation, and contractual disputes.  Before joining the firm, Roxana was a law clerk for Judge Alex Kozinski of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Roxana graduated Order of the Coif from Berkeley Law School and spent a year as a visiting J.D. scholar at Harvard Law School. During law school, Roxana served as the Senior Supervising Editor of the California Law Review and as Editor of the Harvard Law & Policy Review. She also led the Berkeley Law Trial Advocacy Team to multiple regional and national championship victories.

In addition to serving as the Co-Chair of WLALA’s Young Lawyers Section, Roxana also sits on the Leadership Council of the Los Angeles Center for Law and Justice (LACLJ) and is an Assistant Coach for the Byrne Trial Advocacy Team at Loyola Law School.
