Ashley Farrell Pickett

Ashley Farrell Pickett is a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Los Angeles office where she defends companies in complex litigation nationwide, with an emphasis on labor and employment law. In her practice Ashley also acts as outside general counsel and coordinating counsel for various nationwide companies – guiding their litigation as well as compliance strategy.  Ashley has deep experience representing companies at all stages of high stakes litigation—from pre-trial demands through opposition to class certification, trial/arbitration, settlement and on appeal.

Ashley has been honored as one of the top litigators in California as recognized by Daily Journal, Benchmark Litigation, Thomson Reuters, Law360, and The Recorder and repeatedly named a Southern California Super “Rising Star,” from 2013-2025.

Ashley is also a long-term Associate Board Member of The Covenant House and the mother to three amazing kids, who are without question her most meaningful accomplishments.
