Carmela Pagay is a partner with the law firm of Levene, Neale, Bender, Yoo & Brill L.L.P. Ms. Pagay specializes in representation of debtors in reorganizations and liquidations, creditor committees, and Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees, and bankruptcy litigation. Ms. Pagay holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Ms. Pagay is the immediate past chair of the Los Angeles Lawyer magazine and a member of the California Women Lawyers Bar Association and the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.
