Erin Reed
Family Law
Erin Reed is a Senior Appellate Court Attorney at the Second District Court of Appeal and has served the Court since 2014. There, she has handled hundreds of appeals in criminal, civil, family, administrative, juvenile, and probate matters. She also volunteers with the Harriett Buhai Family Law Center. She earned a Juris Doctor from University of California, Davis School of Law School and a Bachelor’s in English from University of California, Berkeley. Following law school, she clerked for the Honorable Judge Roderick Kennedy and the Honorable Judge J. Miles Hanisee of the New Mexico Court of Appeals.
