Cynthia E. Organ is a partner in Glaser Weil’s Litigation Department. Cindy has represented clients in state and federal litigation and arbitration in a wide variety of matters, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, employment and trade secret actions.

Cindy has experience drafting and arguing law and motion matters, handling discovery disputes, and taking matters to trial in a number of industries, with a particular emphasis on entertainment, consumer products and fashion.

Cindy has a particular depth of experience in:

    • Claimed contracts
    • Sexual harassment allegations and #MeToo
  • Restraining orders and related complex litigation

While in law school at the University of Southern California, Cindy served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Phillip S. Gutierrez of the United States District Court for the Central District of California and as a content editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. After graduating from law school, Cindy served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Chief Justice F. Michael Kruse of the High Court of American Samoa.

Cindy is admitted to practice law before all courts in the state of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and in American Samoa.
