Karen Luong
CWL Liaison
Karen Luong is a partner at Husch Blackwell, LLP. She is a member of the product liability and mass tort litigation group. She is well versed in complex litigation involving toxic products, materials and chemicals. Karen regularly represents clients in state and federal court in matters of product liability, premises liability, personal injury and other complex allegations.
In addition to Karen’s focus on complex products liability, she also has experience representing clients in general commercial litigation, business litigation, and the quickly evolving cannabis and CBD industry and she is a member of the psychedelic practice group following the research and development of these medicines for psychiatric conditions such as PTSD and treatment-resistant depression.
Karen graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law, and received undergraduate degrees in English literature and international studies from the University of California, Irvine.partner
