Karen Pazzani is a partner at Pazzani & Sandhu LLP. Karen represents colleges and universities in Title IX matters, including representing clients in administrative mandamus actions filed by students and faculty challenging the results of disciplinary proceedings and representing clients in Title IX litigation.
In addition to her Title IX work, Karen represents and counsels employers in a broad range of employment law matters. She has successfully defended employers against single and multi-plaintiff employment lawsuits, including defending employers against claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and failure to provide leaves and accommodations.
