Kaya Van Dyke

2023 Inner City Law Center Fellow

Kaya Van Dyke is a rising 2L at UCLA School of Law. She graduated cum laude from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a B.A. in Global Studies focused on human rights and global conflict resolution. Prior to entering law school, Kaya completed a year as a Boren Scholar in Senegal where she researched human rights violations affecting women and girls. Kaya has also interned in the U.S. Senate and state Congressional offices in Oregon and Colorado on their civil rights teams. She is thrilled to spend the summer assisting the Homeless Veterans Project and learning from the advocates at ICLC about the unique needs of women veterans.
