Kimberly Kamkar

KIMBERLY KAMKAR is an associate in Nossaman LLP’s Los Angeles office and is a member of the firm’s Corporate practice. As part of her Corporate practice, Kimberly represents private companies in mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and general corporate matters. In the food and beverage industry, Kimberly assists hotels and retailers in connection with alcoholic beverage license applications and compliance. She also represents institutional investors and public pension systems in connection with alternative investments.
Kimberly earned her J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law, where she was a managing editor of the UCLA Women’s Law Journal. Prior to law school, she received a B.A., cum laude, in English Literature and Anthropology from UCLA.
