Meehan Rasch

Meehan Rasch is a court attorney to the State Bar Court of California, Review Department, the appellate level of the State Bar Court.  Meehan previously worked as a senior appellate court attorney at the California Court of Appeal, Second District, and as a civil appellate attorney for appellate litigation firm Greines, Martin, Stein & Richland.  Her experience also includes serving as a federal law clerk on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and as an associate at Sidley Austin.

Meehan served as 2018 Co-President of the LGBTQ+ Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, and has taught at USC Gould School of Law and UC Davis School of Law.  She is a past Legal Writing Institute Grant recipient and winner of the ABA Journal Ross Essay Contest, and a former board member of California Women Lawyers, Stanford Pride, and the Third Wave Foundation.
