Meehan Rasch is a civil appellate attorney at appellate litigation firm Greines, Martin, Stein & Richland. Her practice spans California Court of Appeal, Ninth Circuit, and California and U.S. Supreme Court appeals, petitions, and amicus briefs, as well as trial monitoring and assisting with substantive motions and statement of decision processes for clients still in trial court.  Her appellate experience also includes serving as a federal law clerk on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and as a senior appellate court attorney at the California Court of Appeal, Second District.

Meehan served as 2018 Co-President of the LGBT Bar Association of Los Angeles, and has taught at USC Gould School of Law and UC Davis School of Law.  She is a past Legal Writing Institute Grant recipient and winner of the ABA Journal Ross Essay Contest, and a former board member of California Women Lawyers, Stanford Pride, and the Third Wave Foundation.
