With this event, we hope to up the ante on the industry’s ongoing diversity and inclusion efforts by empowering allies with impactful steps they can take in their day-to-day legal practices to support and sponsor their fellow women in the law. Many allies in the industry, though supportive for gender parity and diversity in general, are frozen by fear about what to say or what not to say to support this cause. However, in order to have meaningful progress on diversity, inclusion, and equity in the legal industry, we need the support of the entire legal community. Please join us!
