Ria Sekhleyan

Ria Ripsime Sekhleyan is an international lawyer, entrepreneur, and California Notary Public. She holds a Professional Law Degree from Far Eastern Federal University, a master’s degree from Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University, and completed studies in Psychology and Human Resources Management in Russia.

As the founder of Bisi Legal Services, Foarus, and Riador LLC, Ria is passionate about expanding access to legal services, supporting women in the legal profession, and fostering meaningful connections through leadership, mentorship, and advocacy.
